Policies:

** Minor Policy: For all minors, individuals under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present in the massage room during the time of service.

** Cancellation Policy: 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, or you no show for your appointment, you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. A card will kept on file for all bookings. 

** No-show Policy: No Call within 24 hours or "no show" will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment. 

** Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Any client that is past 15 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule.
